EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION:

Business Development Exhibition, 1 - 4 July 2008

1. Business Development Exhibition Dates and Times:

• Set-up Stand: 30 June 2008, starting at 14h00
• Mandatory Briefing: 30 June 2008, 16h00 - 18h00
• Exhibition: 1 july 2008 10h00 - 16h00; 2 & 3 July 08h00 - 17h30; 4 July 2008 08h00 - 14h30
• Stand Break-down: 4 July 2008 starting at 14h30

2. STAND:

• 3x3 and includes the following,
• Two ( 2 ) chairs
• One ( 1 ) table with table cloth and skirting
• White fascia board with the organisation's name
• Two ( 2 ) number 150w spot lights
• One ( 1 ) 15 amp plug point
• Tea/coffee and lunch daily

3. EXHIBITION FEE:

• A fee of R5000.00 ( Five Thousand Rands ) VAT inclusive is required for a 3x3 stand

4. EXHIBITORS:

• It is suggested that each company/organisation sends two ( 2 ) people to attend to the exhibition stand, however there should be at least one ( 1 ) person at the exhibition at all times.
