1. Travel
   
   Umsobomvu Youth Fund, its employees, lawful agents or representatives shall not be responsible or liable for any cost, loss , damage or expense which any client, consultant, service provider or any third party, including employees of Umsobomvu Youth Fund may suffer as a result of any action or omission by any service provider including any travel agent or such agent’s employees, whether intentional, negligent or otherwise in the performance of such service provider’s obligations in terms of any agreement with Umsobomvu Youth Fund.



2. Accommodation
   
   
   1. The Umsobomvu Youth Fund shall not be liable for any cost, lost, damage or expense suffers by any third party where a service provider fails in terms of its obligations to Umsobomvu Youth Fund whether intentionally, negligently or otherwise, to provide any third party or client of Umsobomvu Youth Fund with any accommodation at any venue as arranged by Umsobomvu Youth Fund or on behalf of Umsobomvu Youth Fund or in respect of the booking of any accommodation, venues or workshop and Umsobomvu Youth Fund will not be liable for any cost, loss, damage or expense whether monetary or otherwise which may result in respect of or in connection with the use of any accommodation by any person
   
   
   
   2. Umsobomvu Youth Fund, its employees, representatives and its lawful agents or employees shall not be responsible or liable for any cost, loss, damage or expense which any person as a result of the arrangement or facilitation of accommodation by Umsobomvu Youth Fund or on behalf of Umsobomvu Youth Fund whether intently, negligently, or otherwise, in connection with the performance on lack thereof of any Service Provider’s obligation under any agreement with the Umsobomvu Youth Fund or with any party acting on behalf of Umsobomvu Youth Fund
   
   
   3. The facilitator or any third party indemnifies Umsobomvu Youth Fund, its employees, lawful agents or representatives in respect of any cost, loss, damage or expense, whether monetary or otherwise, which any person may suffer, whether directly or indirectly, as a result of the arrangement for facilitation or accommodation by Umsobomvu Youth Fund



3. Venues
   
   
   1. Umsobomvu Youth Fund does not accept any responsibility and will not be responsible for any cost, damage or expense suffered by any owner/facilitator of a venue used by Umsobomvu Youth Fund or arranged on behalf of Umsobomvu Youth Fund, as a result of any action whether intentional , negligence or otherwise, of any participant, Umsobomvu Youth Fund’s employees or any other third party at a venue where any workshop, presentation, seminar or accommodation or similar event is provided or arranged for by Umsobomvu Youth Fund or on behalf of the Umsobomvu Youth Fund
   
   
   2. The owner and or facilitator of a venue or any third person indemnifies Umsobomvu Youth Fund in respect of any cost, loss, damage or expense, whether monetary or otherwise, which any person may suffer whether directly or indirectly, in respect of any workshop, presentation, seminar, accommodation or similar event arranged by or on behalf of Umsobomvu Youth Fund



4. Cancellation
